Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Partner to the General Manager, analyze current sales and design appropriate sales targets to improve the sales performance; utilizing the standard tools and dash boards to monitor sales
  • Perform analysis of the sales figure and lead in the sales forecast process ensuring sales objectives are met
  • Work closely with the commercial and marketing team to ensure the best level of maintenance of the retail plan and ensure proper allocation of the POS materials that could maximize the retail business opportunities
  • Design and define KPIs, incentive scheme and communication tools, which could be motivating to the front-line sales to achieve sell-out targets
  • Organize and take lead of the sales and BU meetings, ensure the best practices are shared across all regions
  • Perform PO coordination and ensures accuracy in shipment
  • Propose new processes and implementation plans, develop and implement the new tools

Requirements:

  • Min 4 years of relevant sales experience
  • Passionate about the retail industry, has business acumen
  • Solid analytical skills, number sensitive, detail oriented and organized
  • Effective in communication, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skillful in project management and advanced in excel skills
  • Sound knowledge in the beauty industry or travel retail operations with proven business sense is a plus
