What are we looking for?

E-commerce DTC project manager is a key leadership position in E-commerce Center of Excellence team that will develop and execute the strategic DTC ecommerce model for the Group including E-boutiques, marketplaces, and social commerce. The core expectation is that the individual possessing the ambition, influencing skills as well as the technical expertise to define and drive the transformation of the current Direct To Consumers towards a more commercial and consumer-centric, digital-first approach and contribute to the business. The individual will be responsible to accelerate this transformation integrating local insights with the regional E-commerce strategy to deliver an accretive P&L for e-commerce / digital; eventually leading towards a seamless, integrated omni channel experience for consumers.

You will:

  • Set up DTC ecommerce KPI and consolidate, analyze performance data with to define the business opportunity and accelerate DTC E-commerce sales and continue optimizing the online users experience
  • Provide expertise on digital content management and marketing executions best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure DTC ecommerce principles are incorporated and are true to the desired brand and consumer experience.
  • Lead digital transformation across the organization, defining and implementing DTC ecommerce structures at regional level and develop the digital expertise within the business
You have:
  • Familiar with E-boutiques, marketplaces and social platforms/channels and great understanding the strength of each DTC business model with the experience to manage DTC ecommerce operation process.  
  • Work with regional and local brand marketing, communications, E-com teams to ensure that DTC commerce content matches brand elements like visual design, voice, and tone also follow brand Omnichannel strategy to run the pilot testing and shar the learning cross the region.
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach; with ability to harness multiple source insights into successful sales & marketing opportunities.
  • Great understanding of e-commerce solutions and strategies including merchandising, UX & UI, CRM, promotion mechanisms and tactics, pricing and stock management, logistic excellence, payment processing, invoicing and fraud prevention.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, process orientation and problem-solving skills with multiple clients/vendors/projects
  • Lead with strong agile project management skills
  • Possess digital transformation leadership to upskill and transmits digital knowledge and mindset
  • Strategize social commerce acceleration (1 to 1, 1 to many, live chat, live streaming, etc different formats.)
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • With a minimum of +5 years relevant experience in DTC E-commerce within international company.
