We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader here at Bury in Order preparation leading our AM shift.

• Be leading and monitoring the Order Preparation Team ensuring orders are picked and packed to a high standard and on time.
• Monitor and track individual and team performances as well as feeding back.
• Coach team members on achieving their goals and developing necessary skills to progress.
• Be solving problems by deciding how to approach tasks and developing plans to accomplish them.
• Drive a positive Safety Culture across your team engaging colleagues to be Safe at Work and Safe at Home
