Job Title: Visual Merchandiser - Luxury Division (Future Opportunities)

About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join our Luxury Products Division. In this role, you will be a key brand guardian, translating global visual guidelines into striking, locally relevant retail experiences across our portfolio of prestigious beauty and luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Standards Execution: Implement and maintain high-end visual merchandising guidelines and window displays across all retail touchpoints to elevate the brand image and drive consumer engagement.
• In-Store Experience: Optimize product placement, zoning, and storytelling to maximize commercial performance while ensuring a luxurious, seamless client journey.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with retail operations, marketing, and commercial teams to align visual strategies with upcoming product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
• Asset & Budget Management: Oversee the handling, maintenance, and storage of visual props, furniture, and collateral, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Trend & Market Watch: Stay ahead of retail design trends, competitor activations, and local consumer behavior to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the floor.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in Visual Merchandising, specifically within the luxury, beauty, fashion, or high-end retail sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Skills: Strong aesthetic sense, excellent spatial awareness, and a sharp eye for detail. Proficient in design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Fluent in English & Arabic
