You Will:
- Define the project strategy and objectives associated to costing improvement performance within the portfolio of transversal landed cost improvement including VAS transformation linked to Cost optimization ambition.
- Focus on synergies and coordination in leading the logistics projects while ensuring the alignment between the solutions, the job’ needs in respecting ethical principles and the directions of planning.
- As Operational Customs Referent (OCR) will act as front liner in related to Regulatory transport documents with the government (Product Data Attribute harmonization between STRAD and custom legislation, import duty, dangerous goods, etc.)
- Responsible for yearly coefficient index (cost of goods) source of factories, based on local and international custom regulation and VAS transformation.
- Lead the co-packing proactive solutions and parameters according to the capacity, targeted service rate, and costs between vendors, distribution center and ensure specific requirements of quality and traceability.
- Update key indicators and build a dashboard of the logistics activities and costs (inbound freight carriers, container load optimizations, custom clearance, VAS co-packers, outbound traffic etc.)
- Implement activity report (risk management, costs) to inform and alert the hierarchy on the progress of the projects.
KPI: Reporting accuracy continues year on year cost improvement (landed inbound logistic cost and VAS transformation), qirfreight reduction rate, custom clearance lead-time and compliance rating, outbound traffic cost improvement, no significant issues from internal/external auditors.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation and VAS management.
- Strong understanding of transport regulations, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Leadership skills, able to lead team and drive actions.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Able to work at Distribution Center (Bangna - Trad KM. 39).
