A Day in the Life
As a Trade Activation Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's presence and performance in the retail environment. You will join our dynamic Consumer Products team in Casablanca, translating brand strategies into impactful in-store experiences that captivate shoppers and boost sales for iconic brands like L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York.
Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement the annual trade marketing plan across different channels, ensuring alignment with both sales and marketing objectives.
Activation Excellence: Design and execute best-in-class in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising strategies to drive visibility and sell-out.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key link between the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Performance and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives, using data to optimize future activities and maximize return on investment.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a commercially-minded and creative individual who can turn strategy into action. Someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for retail excellence. You are a great fit if you have:
Proven experience in trade marketing, category management, or a similar commercial role.
Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.
Excellent commercial acumen with an understanding of the Moroccan retail landscape.
Proficiency in data analytics to track performance and generate insights.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
