A DAY IN THE LIFE

You’ll be joining the strong L’Oréal UKI Consumer Product Division Demand Planning team. This role sits at the heart of our NYX Professional Make Up business, connecting Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial and retailer teams to ensure a smooth execution of our plans on this dynamic brand.


Your role is anything but ordinary and every day can be different. The Supply and Operations Planner is key to the brand’s success in the UK, managing the end-to-end supply chain planning for this brand. The successful candidate will be the voice of the NYX Professional Make Up Supply Chain in the Consumer Products Division, co-ordinating stakeholders across the business. You will lead and manage the critical path for all launches, promotions, and special events for the brand, bringing the various functions together, ensuring deadlines are respected, and any risks/delays are proactively communicated to all stakeholders. You will also be the forecast lead of the brand’s sell-in forecast, working closely with the brand and the accounts teams to achieve strong forecast accuracy and service levels. You will be presenting and sharing regular supply chain KPI reports highlighting the success and challenges of the brand to all key stakeholders, including summaries for the monthly Forecast Validation Meeting with the CPD management committee.

You will also be the key link between the UK business and our stakeholders in S&OP teams in Paris. You will champion our collaboration with the S&OP teams to ensure a high level of integrity in information sharing and effective problem-solving through a continuous improvement mindset.

WHO YOU ARE

    Customer-centric (both internal and external), with experience in Supply Chain 

    Comfortable to build strong relationships and able to influence internal stakeholders.

    Able to reach mutually acceptable solutions to complex problems which arise; level-headed, happy to manage and resolve issues under pressure.

    Very organised and have a keen eye for detail.

    Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly changing environment.

    Someone with strong collaboration & relationship building skills, comfortable working with different brand teams and functions

    Someone with good knowledge on excel and possibly Power BI
