Join our Supply Chain team in the capacity of a Supply Chain Project Leader 

The Supply Chain team at L’Oréal Corporate consists of all the steps that allow us to deliver our products and services. We are the vital link between our plants and our consumers.

Every year, our Group distributes more than 6 billion products. It means that we are dispatching 2 orders every second, around the world, to 8 distinct types of distribution channels such as hair and beauty salons, mass market, e-commerce, travel retail. So, we are directly connected to the market – and to the expectations of consumers.

In this context the Supply Chain plays a key role to guarantee sustainability and universality of the new IT solutions and business processes.


As team member we are called to guarantee the most collaborative, analytical, and performing process for planning.


EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO: 

The Supply Chain Project Leader is in charge to ensure the project business coordination, regarding adequacy of the solutions with the business needs and the projects processes while respecting the planning and ensuring the go-live is without regression for the users.  


  • Be part of a key worldwide project for L’Oréal group supply chain!
  • Work together with the supply experts on the design and development of the group’s tools.
  • One of the key responsibilities will be to ensure the harmonisation of the process in relation with business needs.

HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:

  • Work in collaboration with the project and IT Project Managers to lead the project in terms of methodology, planning and change. 
  • Elaborate the solutions, overseeing the functional definition of the solution, in line with the Business Owner, following the development, preparing, and organizing the testing, building the user documentation, training key users and deploying the solution. 
  • Monitor a risk matrix to inform and alert the management on the risks. 
  • Organize the change management, animating the solution acceptance and training. 

THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

HARD SKILLS:


  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning.
  • A project management experience or skills.
  • Highly organized, structured, capacity to formalize. 

SOFT SKILLS:


  • Resilience, capacity to cope with crisis, pushbacks, and delays, to adapt quickly. 
  • Understanding of IT, of new technologies, capacity to adapt to interlocutors from IT to Business. 
  • Ability to simplify complex things.
