What You Will Do:
As a Senior Specialist - Benefits, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our employee benefits programs. You will report to the Senior Manager – Employee Support and Benefits Operations and work closely with BEST HR Payroll and Total Rewards COE. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the employee experience and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Benefit Expertise: You will be the go-to expert for employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and concise explanations of policies and procedures. You will expertly handle employee benefit appeals, ensuring fair and consistent application of our policies.
- Policy Interpretation: You will interpret workplace policy inquiries that are escalated from the Employee Service Center, identifying areas for improvement and recommend changes to the COE.
- Data Analysis & Auditing: You will conduct regular audits of benefit deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll processes. You will leverage data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues with employee benefit deductions, proactively recommending solutions to mitigate risks.

They possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are adept at building strong relationships with colleagues and employees.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- HR Administration: Experienced in handling employee benefits inquiries and appeals
- HR Tools & Processes: Familiar with various HIRS with emphasis on SuccessFactors and Service Now
- Influencing: Able to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Cooperation: A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

- Bachelors Degree or relevant HR experience
- 2-3 Years of Employee Benefits Experience
