Develop and execute the brand’s trade marketing strategy plan regarding the field and customer needs, to support the realization of sales targets.

Manage the activation of animation calendar and ensure excellence & performance. Work closely with the marketing and retail functions for the store visibility. Contribute to the brand's awareness and sales goals by planning field animations and actions.

Plans annual sample and gift product units for the stores and conveys them to the marketing team. Responsible from the preparation and follow-up of their budget.

Deploys monthly gifts regarding store needs and action plans. Provide store-based budget control in 3-month periods.

Perform monthly store-based performance follow-up & responsible for the analysis and reporting of the data.

Responsible for the order and integration processes of beauty-tech devices that will improve the customer experience. Produce projects to improve the customer experience.

Work closely with the CDO-CRM teams for the active use of offline data, produce projects to support sales to grow and use data. Execute monthly activation announcements to customers.

Prepare monthly in-store visibility guides with the retail merchandising teams and contribute to its right implementation in stores.

Responsible for O+O projects such as Virtual Store, Live Chat and Video Chat. Plan to increase the frequency of use and to create a perfect customer experience.

Responsible for informing both Kiehl's team and stores of all actions taken on the field.


4 years’ university degree

Minimum 1 years of experience 

Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills

Good communication and operational ability

Excellent communication skills in English
