We're searching for a Field Retail Education Manager with a proven track record in makeup artistry and retail sales to cultivate the expertise of our beauty advisors across our premium retail network. Empower Beauty Advisors, Drive Luxurious Experiences

As a Field Retail Education Manager, you will be the driving force behind elevating the consumer experience within your assigned retail. You will work directly with beauty advisors, upskilling their makeup artistry techniques and sales acumen to create truly luxurious and personalized consumer interactions. Your coaching and mentorship will empower them to become brand ambassadors, driving client engagement and brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retailer Partnership & Development: Cultivate strong partnerships with beauty advisors and store managers within your assigned district of retail locations. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship focused on makeup artistry techniques, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies.
  • Elevated Consumer Experiences: Inspire beauty advisors to create unforgettable consumer experiences through personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and artistry demonstrations. Drive consumer engagement and build long-term relationships with L'Oréal Luxe makeup brands.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Collaborate with store management and local brand teams to achieve sales targets within your district. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth. Track and measure the impact of your coaching and training initiatives on sales performance.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Conceptualize and execute impactful in-store events (1:1 and group sessions) that showcase L'Oréal Luxe makeup artistry and product innovation. Drive consumer participation and generate excitement around new product launches and seasonal trends. Closely monitor and analyze event results to optimize future activities.
  • Curriculum Integration & Digital Adoption: Facilitate the integration of L'Oréal Luxe's training curriculum and drive adoption of our digital training platform among retail beauty advisors. Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging and artistry techniques across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Expertise & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of makeup trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Share your knowledge and passion with beauty advisors to keep them inspired and informed.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with the Nordic Category & Brand Lead for Makeup, Retail Education team, and the Swedish Sales Field team to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Report on key performance indicators and provide insights to optimize training strategies and retail performance.


You are…

  • Proven experience as a makeup artist with exceptional artistry skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and mentor individuals to enhance their skills and performance.
  • A passion for creating engaging consumer experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong results orientation and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a beauty retail environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, creative, and highly adaptable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury beauty market and current makeup trends.


This is a field-based, 1.5-year fixed term contract due to parental leave, which aims to start in January 2025.
