You Will
:
 

  • Quality Control and Assurance: Develops and implements quality control procedures, ensuring products meet L'Oréal's standards.  If VAS (value added service) is required, the responsibilities will include materials inspection, in-process checks, finished product testing, and packaging verification. Manages and analyzes to identify performances and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stays with local, global, and regional regulations for cosmetics and personal care products. Manages audits and inspections based on regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes and reduce defects. Implements quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and drives initiatives like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborates closely with suppliers to ensure good quality of products.  Conducting supplier audits and working with them to address any quality issues.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manages a quality control team.  Providing training, guidance, and a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
  • Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Leads investigations into product quality issues.  Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with other departments such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

 

You Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field. 
  • More than 6 years of experience in quality control or assurance within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or a related industry are essential. Experience with relevant regulations and quality management systems is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pay much attention to detail, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in statistical analysis software.
  • Able to work at Distribution Center (Bangna-Trad KM. 39).
