Degree: Chartered Management Degree, from the University of West London

Tuition: L'Oréal fully covers the cost of the degree programme. 

Duration : 3 Years + EPA  

Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University

You Will:

Support the realisation of our teams 2025 goals by:

Supporting the buyers to drive business wide compliance to our e-retail MyMarket buying platform. Maintaining and updating MyMarket categories, Preferred Supplier List and catalogues using templates provided
Manage the maintenance, upgrades and testing of MyMarket throughout the year to maintain compliance, performance and achievements of KPI’s
• Supporting where needed on new vendor set ups and any queries through the Purchasing Helpdesk email via building a strong network within the business
• Support the buyers to ensure all internal reporting is accurate and correctly uploaded to the L'Oréal global sourcing platform including, but not limited to, savings, supplier categorisation, contractual position, RFx documentation, financial checks and GDPR compliance
• Working with buyers to track and ensure multiple quote compliance and ensure evidence of multiple quotes is recorded
• Managing savings and sustainability projects directly with business stakeholders to contribute to Purchasing KPI’s


Ensure the reputation of L'Oréal is protected by: 

- Supporting L'Oréal's Sharing Beauty With All global programme by reaching out to suppliers to identify and capture shared initiatives, as well as ensuring full compliance with global reporting requirements inc. solidarity sourcing, eco-design and FSC reporting is collated with all required documentation and completing associated reporting needs

- Be the go-to person in the team and the wider business for our tail spend solution. Managing responsibilities of reporting and control within the platform

Present spend figures, reporting and changes to key stakeholders in the UK business and zone for different platforms

Eligibility... 


  • You must NOT have already obtained a degree
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
  • Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
