As an Online & Offline Activation Manager you will:

• Execute local bespoke 360°trade (E-commerce & Brick & Mortar) strategy for the brands by channel and shoppers to drive the brands positioning in the market at top retailers.
• Collect and analyze consumer, shopper and competition data in order to create an in store 360 customer experience & improve online consumer path to purchase.
• Support in managing activation calendar around the trade plan (online & offline) aligned with brands strategy, ensure accuracy & performance.
• Management of on line brands content at e-retailer page (rich content, PDPs, brand rooms) to develop brand visibility and smooth navigation.
• Prepare detailed action plan for brands incl. promo trade offers, sets etc. (online & offline).
• Participate in relevant retailer & field meetings with account teams to ensure smooth progress on all trade plans and update the brand business unit in a timely manner.
• Develop category and brand presentations, incl. distribution of supportive tools as product samples, samples & GWP.
• Brief Retail & Design team for brand merchandising guidelines & planograms.
• Prepare, execute and update merchandising according to the brands needs.
• Plan, execute and evaluate retailer contests.
• Manage & execute retailer CRM programs (online & offline).
• Manage execution of brands POS event strategy and new projects.
• Lead project hand in hand with Education team of Beauty Techtools in POS.
• Creation of reports according to business planning cycle.
• Administrative agenda capturing catalogue, sets and novelties fiches creation.

You will be the perfect match if you:

• Have minimum 3 years of experience in Brand/Product/Category management or Trade management online & offline (preferably FMCG).
• Translate trends and shopper data into meaningful insights.
• Think Trade strategy online + offline.
• Make data driven decisions and have strong analytical mindset.
• Understand digital environment including e-commerce & content creation.
• Are agile and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Have proactive attitude and understanding of luxury market.
