🌟As Online Activation Manager, your scope will be:

  • Activation Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive activation plans, including trade plans, promotional calendars, sampling strategies, gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs, product launches, and other initiatives tailored to each online partner. 
  • Retail Media Management: Strategically plan and execute Retail Media campaigns (both on-site and off-site) to maximize brand visibility, drive traffic, and optimize conversion rates within designated budgets. 
  • Joint Business Planning (JBP): Collaborate closely with key online retail partners to develop joint business plans and aligned event calendars, leveraging key selling moments, the retailer's trade plan, and L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty (LDB) National Ambition Plan (NAP) and Channel Action Plan (CAP) for the Dermocosmetics Division. 
  • Owned Media & 360° Campaigns: Leverage partner-owned media channels for enhanced brand presence. Develop and implement joint 360° marketing campaigns with online retailers, encompassing media activations, traffic generation initiatives, influencer collaborations, and other relevant activities. 
  • Category Development: Partner with online retailers to co-create and enhance the dermocosmetics category experience, integrating opportunities for professional advice and consultation online. 
  • E-merchandising & Content Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize e-merchandising and develop engaging content strategies to enhance the online shopper journey and drive conversion. 
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all activation initiatives, providing regular performance reports and insights to optimize future strategies. 
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in LDB meetings, fostering collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and business planning to ensure alignment between brand priorities and marketing/sales support. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to achieve business objectives. 
  • Projects: Manage e-commerce-related digital projects.


🔍You are a perfect match if you have:

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, E-commerce Activation Manager, Online Trade Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing Manager or a similar role within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry, with a strong focus on pure players and marketplaces. 
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including marketplace dynamics, online shopper behavior, and digital marketing trends. 
  • Strong expertise in Retail Media planning and execution, including campaign optimization and performance analysis. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing Joint Business Plans (JBP) with major online retailers. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
