- Drives and adapts the Regional Brand marketing and trade strategy to maximize local relevancy
- Translates local consumer insights into marketing and selling opportunities and drives continuous improvement of in-store consumer experience
- Defines the launch and promotional calendar across our clients, working closely with Commercial Teams, Product Marketing and Brand Leaders
- Adapts plans throughout the year depending on sales performance, lately observed trends, competitor campaigns and successes
- Drives campaign performance analysis
- Ordering and implementing the merchandising solutions for all permanent, launch and activation merchandising, answering local marketing plan needs
- Co-undertaking the conception, development and follow-up of flagship stores and perfumeries with Nordic brand and category teams
- Coordinating the conception, production, delivery, installation and follow-up of any kind of local specific materials, launch materials such as visuals and POS (point-of-sale) material + budget follow up
- In collaboration and alignment with Nordic brand teams and Category Managers, planning and executing demo stands and customer events
- Ensuring efficient coordination and flawless communication between Nordic brand marketing team, Category management teams and Retail Sales Coordinators.
- For you to be succesful in this job, we expect you to have a relevant educational background on Master level and +3 years of experience from a comparable job in an international marketing department.
