Join our Data Tribe in the capacity of SAP cross Tribe Integrator
Within this major IT and Business Transformation Program, the Cross Tribe Integrator will be responsible for driving the NEO Pre-readiness & FIT preparation phase (Generic Flow presentation, E2E Demos, As-Is flows gathering, analysis and identification of any specific flows that are not covered by Generic Flows)
Solution has to be integrated into the application ecosystem with a robust and sustainable architecture ensuring we stay within a standard system with as little customization as possible, in order to achieve efficiency in a modern, world-class solution with a user-centric mindset.
HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT:
The Cross Tribe Integrator is responsible for collaborating with the 4 Tribes (Forecast to Stock, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Purchase to Pay) as well as an SAP cross functional Expert with strong expertise preferably with S/4 Hana experience. This role involves leading discussions with IT and Business to discuss flows/solutions working in an Agile environment with strong relationships with others on the team.
MAIN MISSIONS ON THE JOB
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, IT colleagues and external resources to foster teamwork and employ resources effectively.
- Analyzing
the as is flows during pre-readiness phase of future entities to be rolled-out and
identify:
- How it fits into the Generic Flows designed for NEO
- What the Organisation Structure should be
- What the Gaps are
- Analyzing any new Demands coming from the entities
- Definition of Test scenarios keeping in mind the Entity specificities & Generic flows
- Manage POCs for large Cross functional new flows identified that need to eventually become part of the Generic Flows
- Manage high level Cutover planning for new roll outs
- Promoting the methodology and tools proposed by the PMO project team. (Design and build follow-up, incident management, change requests management, etc…).
- Gathering people, by organizing the discussion between different streams.
- Managing ongoing relationships with internal clients giving regular updates on developments and improvements.
- Participating in Daily meetings with the project team as the project is managed in Agile way.
THE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 10+ years of IT project implementation experience, with SAP projects
- Fluid English is Mandatory
- Acts as a proactive

- “Big picture” understanding of the L'Oréal business, operating model, processes and roles.
- Ability to deal with complex IT / Business organizational structures, in multi-located and multi-cultural environment

- Rapidly acquires new knowledge on delivered IT solutions and keeps constantly teams updated enhancements in his/her field
- Organizes at his/her level the relevant transmission of the technical and/or project management skills and “know how”
- Eager to learn new technical tools and understand our IT solutions
· Proven track record of reengineering process, fit-gap analysis and solution provider
· Excellent negotiation skills with key business users and within IT
· Strong Experience working with at least two SAP modules such as SD/MM (S/4 Hana a plus), having strong knowledge on B2B, D2C, Intercompany flows
· Good knowledge in Integration topics (API integration)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Negotiation & Interpersonal Relations, Autonomy, Professional Presence, Innovation / Creativity, Proactive Communication with global teams.
