Marketing Assistant (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Luxe Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Marketing Assistant requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Undertaking daily administrative and technical tasks (following up on travel expenses, orders for office equipment, etc.) to ensure the functionality and coordination of department’s activities.
- Creating purchase orders, monitoring the budget and expenditures.
- Maintaining technical files with updated marketing data (novelties availability, samples, gifts with purchase, new labels preparation).
- Organizing departmental meetings and coordinating major events (sales conferences, area visits, international meetings, plans, prospectives, etc.).
- Communicating with external service providers.
- Circulating marketing information within the department (magazines, files, etc.).

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Has between 2 to 5 years of similar experience
- Has a high school diploma at minimum
- Is eager to learn and shows curiosity for the sector
- Has excellent organizational, communication, planning and follow up skills
- Is able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Has good computer skills (Microsoft office, Outlook)
- Has knowledge of SAP
- Enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environment and
- Is advanced in English language
