You will 
drive strategic brand growth by shaping perceptions, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging impactful communication across multiple channels, not limited to:

  • Manage Media and Advocacy Relations

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key media, journalists, celebrities and influencers.
    • Coordinate and manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
    • Pitch stories and secure brand buzz in relevant publications and social media


  • Manage Reputation Management

    • Monitor and manage the brand’s public image and reputation.
    • Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication plans
    • Monitor public sentiment and manage any potential PR crises effectively.

  • Manage Event

    • Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, press conferences, and other media engagements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution


  • Manage Social Media

    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
    • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay current and effective.


  • Manage Content Marketing

    • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other media.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.


  • Conduct Analytics and Reporting
    • Track and analyze the performance of PR and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, social media engagement, website traffic, and other key metrics. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize future campaigns.

You have…
  • 5-7 years experience in multi-national company as PR & Community in fashion industry/ beauty/ luxury/ similar industries
  • High capability on reading data and conducting analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Enthusiasm towards beauty industry (esp for luxury products)
