Be a part of the brand teams within our Consumer Products Division, which requires a talented, enthusiastic and driven Team Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team.

Key elements to your role:

Managing the BBL diary
Managing  the logistics of the cyclical team calendar (e.g. Monday Kick Offs, BBL sign off, Breakfast Bonding, etc)
Organising logistics for offsites
Providing administrative support and ad hoc reporting to drive team performance
Day-to-day interactions with all five brand team members
Weekly interactions with CMI (and other tool owners) for reports generation
Regular interactions with external suppliers for travel and offsite location arrangements
Acts/Leads with human sensitivity
Displays sensitivity to the ‘metier’ of L’Oreal
Demonstrates entrepreneurship
Achieves results, with integrity, Manages complexity, Interacts effectively

Develops category expertise and orchestrates cooperation between key departments/ stakeholders

Someone who is able to work cross-functionally at all levels, is experience of working in a fast-paced environment, has got a strong feedback on time management and organisational skills and able to operate under pressure. Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all of the following:
