Key Job Accountability:

Contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.

Plan

  • Plan and deliver local CRM strategies across the brand for both online and offline encouraging customer retention, customer loyalty, promoting the brand and the new products
  • Design loyalty program, customer journey automation & CRM activities to engage consumer, build sustainable growth on membership lifetime value and is aligned with business target
  • Turn data of consumer analytic & customer journey mapping into actionable consumer insights maximize commercial opportunities
  • Partner and collaborate closely with all departments, including acquisition, analytics, eCommerce, technology, creative, and sales

Manage the local CRM Platform

  • Implement and optimize the CRM platform use, ensure it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the brand/division
  • Ensuring CRM communications and database segmentation effectiveness for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors
  • Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy in line with Group recommendation

Execute local CRM Programs
       -      Create local CRM programs to engage consumer in line with local specifics
       -      Has a broad vision of CRM potentialities and foster cross brands, categories or    

               divisions opportunities
       -      Maximize efficiency & costs: migrating when necessary to lower cost mediums
       -      Enhance local business opportunities through external partnerships

Skill, Knowledge & Experience Required:

  1. Solid experience in driving data-driven CRM strategy & CRM campaigns
  2. Good experience with CRM tools
  3. Strong communication skill, analytical mindset and project management skills
  4. Entrepreneurship and Commitment in taking new challenges and self-motivation
