[L'oreal Korea] Product Manager - L'oreal Paris Marketing, Consumer Products Division (CPD)


[JOB SUMMARY]

  • Manage skincare/make-up categories mainly and support hair-care product closely co-work with Sr.Product Manager
  • Push growth of key products to seek opportunities in skincare/make-up and win in hair care market with experience of brand through holistic marketing communication. The scope includes planning new launch product campaign strategically, initiate marketing programs and execution, reporting market trend and sales analysis.



[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 

  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
  • Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines.
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.).
  • Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy - Effectively prepare clear messages for senior management.
  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.
  • Make recommendations on media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan, including special/regular sets and GWPs, and handle related cross-functional special operations. 
  • Keep in track of all the category products starting from its registration, shipment (UR) to promotion planning and execution by effectively collaborating with other departments (RA, QC, SCM, DC etc.)
  • Manage marketing plans of various channels including Drugstore, E-commerce, Hypermarket, and CS.



[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

  • University graduate
  • +2~5 years’ experience in Marketing, Product management
  • at least 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry as a Product Manager
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
