[L'oreal Korea] Business Analyst - La Roche Posay, Medical team


Manage, administer, and optimize the operations of all medical activities (medical visit, medical relations, samples…)

Analyze, monitor and report medical activities to support recommendations to the medical management team to develop and improve performance of medical activities. 

  • Strategize medical data management (data acquisition, integration, analysis)
  • Manage medical data integration (users, targets, prescription data, cycle plan, multichannel plan, sell-out …)
  • Implementation, follow up and optimization of CRM / CLM Tools (Veeva) for Medical representatives to
    1. Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy 
    2. Guarantee Doctors targeting and territory Management
    3. Create reports and dashboards
    4. Control administrative procedures compliance

  • Measure and Monitor business performance for all medical activities to achieve key business objectives: 
    1. Provide the right decision maker KPI’s
    2. Monitor data analysis, prescription / sell-out tracking data and medical representatives’ activities to develop and improve their performance and to optimize ROI of sales team / multichannel marketing campaigns.
    3. Monitor medical relations (congress, events…), observational studies and KOL investments.
    4. Monitor sampling/specimen/testers for medical activities

  • Ensure accurate data through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders (CMI, representative team administration, finance, commercial team…) for business performance
  • Support with the development, implementation monitoring and reporting of bonuses system for medical representative teams across all brands


  • University graduate
  • +3~7yrs work experience preferred
  • Preferably with ~3 years in medical/pharma/dermo-cosmetics sector
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the medical industry 
  • Prefer to use and set up the Veeva and Sales Force system in pharma company
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
