About our Program 

Our Management Trainee Program has been uniquely designed to build your business and leadership expertise, enriched with experiences and exposure to set you up for a successful career in L’Oréal. 



  • 2-3 Rotations (lasting 6months each) across our 5 divisions (Consumer Products, Luxury Brands, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Salon Products and Corporate) 
  • Dedicated 1on1 Mentoring from our top talent management. 
  • Personal monthly catchups with our CEO & Senior Management Team 
  • Monthly moments with HR & Subject Matter Experts 
  • Be part of the international Management Trainee Cohort

About the Business Stream


  • Exploring Diverse Roles: Gain valuable experience including retail account management, B2B ecommerce, operational sales, and category strategy and development.
  • Partnering with Leading Retailers: Collaborate with a wide range of retailers, from pharmacy channels to grocery retailers, variety discount stores, specialty beauty retailers, department stores, e-boutiques, and ecommerce pure players.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with our accounts, delivering integrated strategies to support their growth plans.
  • Driving Commercial Success: Take part in building commercial plans from concept to execution, and assist in negotiating commercial arrangements for product launches and promotions.
  • Sales and Education: Drive education and sales with our established client base, while actively seeking and securing new business opportunities.
  • Achieving Targets: Take ownership of achieving monthly sales and growth targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Marketing Expertise: Gain end-to-end exposure to traditional and/or digital marketing campaigns, including developing communication strategies, working with influencers, and collaborating with PR agencies for press releases and social media campaigns.
  • Portfolio Management: Contribute to portfolio management and devise strategies for successful product launches and campaigns.
  • Online Presence: Play a role in creating a strong online digital presence, from website and CRM design to EDM send-outs.
  • Insights and Analysis: Gain exposure to market, product, and sales analysis, driving valuable category insights for brand teams.

You will need to have leadership skills and be able to take direction as well. All background and disciplines are welcome.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a video interview and cognitive assessment. 
  • Those selected, will be invited to the assessment centre hosted at L’Oréal in June
