[JOB SUMMARY] 

Provide HR Business Partner service and support Employee Relations to defined areas of responsibility to ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR.

 

[A DAY IN LIFE] 

Employee Relations

  • Manage the preparation and implementation of alternatives by checking internal and external labor issues in advance
  • Cooperate to set, communicate, and implement the overall ER management plan with ER Director
  • Assist discussions and negotiations for all ER and IR issues, including wage, CBA, and other issues necessary for mandatory discussion, consultation, agreement, and consent
  • Analyze data for collective bargaining and wage negotiation
  • Manage current and potential risks to minimize the negative impact
  • Organizing and following up LMC, disciplinary action committee
  • Legal conformity and advice of policies and working process

 

HR Business Partnering for NANDA Retail

  • Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived, and builds on the ways of Loreal
  • Implement an employee relations plan of BA that effectively manages all local interactions with BA colleagues and ensures that all areas in the stores with the labor relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures, and local laws
  • Facilitate and manage overall talent acquisition and onboarding activities
  • Support the creation of strategic workforce HC plans by stores
  • Execute all operational People tasks related to HR at the division and store level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
  • Securing engagement and retention by having proper relationships and understanding the conditions of our BA colleagues

 

[WHO YOU ARE]

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: Preferably 4~5 years of progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in multinational companies
  • Experience: 
    • Well organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
    • Customer-oriented, approachable, and strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organization and problem-solving skills
    • Good Labor Law knowledge
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Proficient with Excel and any additional analysis tool
