Job Title: Performance Manager, CORP - CDMO
JOB SUMMARY
- Take leadership roles in both corporations. level sales performance and retail media performance area
- Provide Corp. level performance report and insight for internal EC business
- Deliver an in-depth case study to the entire EC people and community
- Involve and Support Retail Media optimization together with Media manager and Agency
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Provide and Publish the monthly Corp. performance report for key channels
- Collect the scorecard data in cooperating with each division and brand
- Provide and publish the quarterly in-depth case study
- Develop the data scope from the retailer data pool and admin.
- Propose strategic movement for certain brands and campaigns based on the data rationale
- Manage and Archive all e-JBP data and tools (e-popcon)
- Engage and communicate with Div/Brand’s performance people
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : +5~7 years
- Experience:
- E-Commerce Background or relevant EC area
- Performance MKT / Growth MKT
- Beauty / FMCG Industry
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Skills:
- Proficient with Excel and PPT
- Data Analytics (Power BI, etc.)
