Job Title: Communication Specialist – Lancôme - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The Lancôme Communications Specialist will play a vital role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support the overall business objectives of the Lancôme brand. This role requires a strong understanding of the prestige beauty market, excellent communication and writing skills, and a passion for storytelling.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

  • Strategic Communications: Develop and implement integrated communication plans across PR, social media, influencer marketing, events, and digital platforms.
  • Media & Public Relations: Build and maintain media relationships, pitch stories, and secure positive coverage.
  • Social Media: Create engaging content, and optimize for engagement and reach.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with key beauty influencers.
  • Event Management: Support planning and execution of Lancôme events.
  • Content Development: Create compelling written content for various platforms.
  • Budget Control: Track and manage communication budgets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance through Loreal’s tools. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Year of Experience : 3+ years of experience in communications.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-year experience of Communications in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
    • Experience with media monitoring and analytics tools.
    • Existing relationships with key beauty media and influencers.
    • Experience with event planning and execution.
    • Ability to develop and execute successful online viral campaigns.
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
  • Other Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Social media platforms.
