WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for a Marketing Lead for Kiehl’s to define the strategic orientations and the long-term marketing plan, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue), own and effectively drive the brand’s strategy. You will report to the Head of Brand Kiehl’s and Retail and you will develop and manage a strong and talented team of 3.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Manage the catalogue based on the consumer and market insights for the category, propose findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
  • Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, renovations, animation of core catalogue)
  • Build skincare category expertise and share marketing inputs to drive commercial channel strategy
  • Take the ownership of launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally
  • Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines
  • Manage the budget (sales forecast; pricing strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
  • Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/A&I/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales) and crafting of top management reports/presentations and establish clear business recommendations
  • Create, lead big & impactful digital campaigns in a very detailed and complete way co-working with digital & advocacy teams and agencies
  • Mobilize other departments (sales, supply, digital etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy
  • Create & manage brand communication strategy working closely with agencies & zone and DMI and be the brand equity guardian across all touch-points
  • Lead crafting of top management reports/presentations and establish clear business recommendations

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES: 

 

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min 6 years of experience in product management/brand development within FMCG & Retail industry
  • Digital savvy & creative & team player 
  • Growth mindset and results driven 
  • Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative 
  • Excellent communication skills in English
