What will you do:

  • Lead, develop, and implement go-to-market strategy, KPI, and Goals to achieve with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
  • Work closely with marketing and visual merchandising team to define the consumer experience and merchandising 
  • Develop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase, so as to activate the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization
  • Identify new market trends, trades’ strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for business growth and implement creative action plans to drive and convert more visitors
  • Build a good working relationship with trade partners to ensure the assigned brands’ visibility and competitiveness on the platform
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with trade partners

 

Who are we looking for: 

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management / Marketing / Merchandising
  • Strong sense on retail dynamics
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel
  • Excellent coordination and collaborative skills to work with different functional teams
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
