L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division in Czech Republic is searching for a talented and passionate (Junior) Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Trade Marketing team.

In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand image, ensuring its consistency across all channels - from eye-catching in-store displays and online banners to engaging social media content and impactful newsletters. This means you will:

• Own the online and offline world: Prepare stunning visuals for both digital and print production, bringing campaigns to life across a range of materials including online banners, newsletters, social media assets, in-store POS materials, posters, wobblers, booklets, and more.
• Become a master visual storyteller: Adapt global master visuals to resonate with the Czech Republic market, adding your local expertise to create captivating designs.
• Bring POS materials to life: Develop impactful visualizations, planograms, and product catalogues, shaping the consumer experience at the point of sale.
• Become a planogram pro: You'll play a key role in (MUP) Planograming, crafting visually appealing and strategic planograms, visuals for printing, product catalogues, and visualizations of wall units to optimize product placement and enhance the customer journey.

Do you have what it takes?

• Show us your passion: Demonstrate your creativity and visual storytelling abilities with 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (we're open to seeing portfolios from talented individuals with less experience!).
• Master your tools: Showcase your expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) – your essential tools of the trade.
• Be print and digital savvy: Demonstrate experience in preparing visuals for both digital and offset printing (bonus points for animation skills!).
• Have a keen eye for detail: Show us your dedication to producing high-quality, polished work.
• Be a strong communicator: You are fluent in Czech/Slovak and possess strong communication skills in English.
