In this spirit, we are currently hiring for a Junior Brand Manager for our CPD division.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with market research, involving collecting data on consumer trends, competitor activity, and market size to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Analyzing data and interpreting market research findings, sales data, and consumer feedback.
  • Planning by supporting the development and execution of marketing plans, developing point-of-sale materials and coordinating digital marketing campaigns and assist in monitoring marketing expenses and ensuring the team stays within budget.
  • Product Launches & Innovation as in supporting new product development, developing launch materials and tracking launch performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration where you’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

 

Professional/Hard Skills

 

  1. Analytical Skills: Deciphering market data, consumer insights, and sales figures to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Marketing Fundamentals: A solid understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the 4Ps is key.
  3. Project Management: Being organized, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple projects effectively is essential.
  4. Budget Management: Understanding how to track marketing spend, analyze ROI, and work within budget constraints is important.
  5. Presentation Skills: Clearly and persuasively presenting ideas, strategies, and results to stakeholders is a must-have skill.
  6. Computer Skills: Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis tools, and presentation software is expected.
