Key Job Accountabilities  
・Develop and implement the global e-commerce D2C strategy
・Ensure online brand expression and visual consistency across all markets and D2C platforms
・Lead the developement of digital services and online innovations for D2C platforms (O&O) to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rate.
・Boost the O2O customer experience by working closely with Retail teams and CRM to support the development of O&O digital services
・Upgrade brand master website with the lastest optimizations (ex: NGL) and ensure local implementation.
・Support the global e-commerce expansion by supporting local ecommerce D2C opening
・Optimize e-store operations by developing the right mecanisms and merchandising assets (dedicated e-trade calendar, convenience offers, generosity moments, etc…)
・Improve e-commerce KPIs through effective acquisition and retention strategies online such as SEO and SEM, replenishment program, etc.
・Analyze e-commerce KPIs performance and share key monthly insights with management followed by action plan.
・Collaborate with global and regional teams, and external partners, to stay up-to-date on best practices to be shared with all relevant departments

・Excellent knowledge of online consumer behaviors and e-business expertise

・Business-level English
Preferred Qualification 
・4-year experience on e-commerce
・Beauty industry and/or FMCG experience & passion for the beauty industry
・Understanding of the Chinese beauty consumer and market landscape
・Knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
