What are we looking for:

• Available for 6 months full time.
• Interest in learning, being hands-on & proactive.
• Being fluent in English and Dutch or French.

As an E-Commerce intern, here's a taste of what you could be doing - but there's even more to explore!

• E-commerce Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing and optimizing online sales channels (e.g., Bol.com, Amazon).
• E-merchandising: Contribute creative ideas and support the visual merchandising strategy to enhance the online customer experience and increase sales conversion.
• Event Management (Online & Offline): Support the planning and execution of online and offline events on Bol.com and Amazon, including briefing preparation and logistical assistance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Online Store Setup and Optimization: Contribute to the setup, maintenance, and optimization of online stores to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.

What to expect in terms of application process

When you apply for a marketing role at L'Oréal, think of it as the first step.

• We'll review your application and if there's a potential fit, we’ll invite you to a first HR interview to learn more about you. You’ll be asked to complete an analytical assessment as well.
• Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions – Consumer Products (CPD), L’Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and Active Cosmetics (LDB) – would be the best fit. Each division focuses on different brands and customers, offering diverse opportunities for your career journey.
• Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
• If the hiring manager is interested in your profile, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
• And if everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer!
