What are we looking for:
- Available for 6 months full time.
- Interest in learning, being hands-on & proactive.
- Being fluent in English and Dutch or French.
As a Brand & Training Strategy intern, here's a taste of what you could be doing - but there's even more to explore!
- You'll help develop and launch engaging training programs for beauty and medical professionals across the Benelux region - using your creativity to bring those programs to life.
- You'll contribute to the global brand strategy while also tailoring training initiatives for the unique needs of the Benelux market.
- You'll gain experience in everything from creating medical marketing materials and planning events to developing B2B communication strategies.
- This isn't about making copies. You'll own projects from day one, directly impacting how we train and engage with skincare professionals.
What you can expect as an intern:

What to expect in terms of application process
When you apply for a marketing role at L'Oréal, think of it as the first step.
- We'll review your application and if there's a potential fit, we’ll invite you to a first HR interview to learn more about you. You’ll be asked to complete an analytical assessment as well.
- Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions – Consumer Products (CPD), L’Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and Active Cosmetics (LDB) – would be the best fit. Each division focuses on different brands and customers, offering diverse opportunities for your career journey.
- Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.
- If the hiring manager is interested in your profile, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
- And if everyone agrees you're the perfect fit, we'll make an offer!
