<Your main resonsibilities are (but not limited to)>  

1. Conduct physical chemistry projects in close relation with formulators for different cosmetic applications.

2. Coordinate the management of cross-disciplinary research projects globally.

3. Help strategize and manage research programs.

<Required qualification and expereince>

1. Ph.D. in material chemistry. 

2. Extensive experience in inorganic polymer and hybrid material research. For example silicate, silicone materials, coordination polymer or/and their organic hybrids in the fields of biomedical, coating or optical application.

3. Worked and excelled in the chemical/biomedical industry or academia focused on applying material science preferably NOT in the cosmetic field.

4. Flexibility and ambition to expand the scientific capabilities beyond their backgrounds.

1. 無機ポリマーやハイブリッド材料の研究における豊富な経験。例えば、ケイ酸塩、シリコーン材料、配位高分子、あるいはそれらの有機ハイブリッドを、生物医学、コーティング、光学用途などの分野で扱った経験。 

2. 化粧品分野ではなく、材料科学を応用した化学/生物医学産業または学術分野での研究経験がある

3. 柔軟性と、適応力があり、自分の技術的バックグラウンドを拡げていく意欲

4. Able to view macro view of ongoing event while possessing scientific intuition to capture critical experimental details.

5. Native level in Japanese with business level in English
