Floor Manager INNO Brussels - Lead the Luxury Beauty Experience at L'Oréal Luxe!

L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to lead our prestigious Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent and Giorgio Armani beauty counters within the iconic INNO department store in one of our locations in Brussels. Besides, you'll also oversee a portfolio of other luxury brands including Prada, Valentino, Mugler and Biotherm, offering an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of beauty at its finest.

As Floor Manager, you will inspire and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring they deliver personalized service and create unforgettable experiences for every customer. You’ll be responsible for setting & achieving sales targets, management of planning, executing promotional activities and collaborating with INNO and L’Oréal management to maintain the highest standards of excellence.

The following qualities are mandatory for this position:

• You have demonstrable management experience – please do not apply if you have not managed a team in previous roles.
• You have experience in retail; cosmetics experience is a plus;
• You have an affinity for luxury brands;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office software;
• You are sales-oriented and have experience working with KPIs;
• You have strong leadership skills and are a team player;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You possess business acumen and commercial experience;
• You are fluent in French and English/Dutch;
• You are flexible with working hours (including weekends, evenings, and holidays);
• Technical knowledge of the products (skincare, makeup, and fragrances) is a plus.
