As a Luxury Expert Trainer, you will elevate the customer experience and drive brand success by empowering retail teams with specialized knowledge, skills, and a passion for luxury within the perfumery, skincare, and makeup categories. You will develop and deliver impactful training programs, foster digital engagement, and contribute to the success of our luxury retail strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver Comprehensive Luxury Training: Design and deliver engaging training programs covering sales techniques, product knowledge (perfumery, skincare, makeup), brand values, and exceptional customer service, tailored to the luxury market.
  • Develop & Adapt Training Resources: Create and adapt training materials, digital tools (tutorials, live streams, interactive modules), and resources to support diverse retail channels and learning styles, reflecting the luxury brand image.
  • Monitor & Drive Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like productivity, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates; adjust training plans to maximize team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster Brand Excellence & Support: Convey brand values, provide ongoing support and coaching to retail teams, manage mystery shopper programs, and ensure a consistent, elevated luxury customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Stay Informed & Competitive: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences within the luxury beauty sector to inform training strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Requirements: 

  • Luxury Retail Experience: 3+ years in luxury retail training, or related strategic projects.
  • Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of perfumery, skincare, and makeup products and trends.
  • Training & Communication Skills: Exceptional training and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate luxury retail teams.
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools for training and communication.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service to luxury consumers.
  • Market Awareness: Strong understanding of the luxury beauty market.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English and native Spanish are a must; French is a plus.
  • Travel Flexibility: Availability to travel regularly.
