E-RETAIL ACTIVATION MANAGER KÉRASTASE/E-RETAIL MANAGER FOR KÉRASTASE

You will be responsible for defining the e-Retail strategy in line with brand team and e-retailer business plan along the overall media strategy and develop Kérastase online presence, activation and communication in CZ, SK and HU. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing the B2B and B2C ecommerce marketing plan based on analytical and data-driven insights, ensuring effective and relevant brand visibility in the e-commerce channel.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Digital and Media environment understanding:
-Understands e-retail environment (B2B & B2C) and key glossy media actors on the market
-Understand consumer and B2B client needs and attitudes.
•Creation of yearly communication plan for e-commerce to build a love brand (external B2C and B2B web shop):
-Proposes needed A&P Media & Digital budget for the activities for brand leader approval
•Execution and full drive of brand equity initiatives
•Creation of yearly trade plan with e-KAM team and setting s-o target and new consumer gain
-create a perfect online consumer journey (e-commerce excellence)
-Developing IT tools like chatbots and e-diagnosis
•Digital Assets and Brand content
-Adapts product content from product manager to e-retail content and uploads/sends to e-commerce partners
•Digital Paid media planning & execution
-Creates yearly, always-on briefs and identifies digital media KPIs with e-comm team
-Follows-up and continuously optimizes campaign performance and web analytics results with the help of the e-commerce team
•Strictly follows-up allocated budget
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Brand Management/Media/e-commerce
- Comprehensive project management skills and are confident in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a large matrix organization
- High sense of responsibility, autonomy and resilience
- You are genuinely interested in digital marketing, luxury retail and trends and have a good knowledge of the consumers and media landscape
- Very good level of communication skills, building relationships and contributing to team spirit
- You are fluent in professional English + native Czech or Slovak (Hungarian language is an advantage)
