POSITION SUMMARY :

Pulp Riot is a hair color company that has taken the beauty industry by storm. After a massively successful launch, we’re poised to scale quickly upward toward being a $100 million dollar company. We’re looking for an amazing Director of Business Development SRDA to help us get there. This is a role which will require a fast and flexible individual responsible for development and execution of revenue and marketing objectives of State/RDA Sub-Distributors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute State/RDA developmental campaigns.
  • Partner with TDM team to identify key strategic partners within SRDA network and maximize placement and sell through of all Pulp Riot categories within all owner groups.
  • Analysis SKU movement and communicate findings and solutions internal as well as externally
  • Maintain consistent communication with accounts and service distributors on brand performance.
  • Lead in the coordination and execution of all PULP RIOT sales, promotion and educational activities to accomplish defined objectives.
  • Participate in internal task force groups as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES :

  • BA/BS from an accredited 4-year college of university with course work in Business, Marketing and Sales preferred
  • 7+ years business management experience in the HBC or consumer package goods industry.
  • Combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance.
  • Licensed cosmetologist preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow thru
  • Work conditions: 30% Office/70% Travel
