Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務            

To manage brand's digital plan and execution            


Build a strategy for the brand site management and campaign            

Create action plan for digital marketing            

Modify digital contents for example, LINE/Media banner/Email            

Set both qualitative and quantitative KPI for each activity            

Evaluate and follow all digital media activity with clear KPI            

Manage CRM database in efficient way and utilize the data for action plans            

Analyze brand's and competitors' interactive activity to make recommendations to management

Monitor budget on all directly managed activities            

Manage external agencies and lead them to achieve the best performance            

Collaborate with HQ digital team to optimize actions in Japan            

Support other team members and departments to achieve business target            


Must Have Aspects 必須項目             

Understanding of digital trends, digital communication, media and advertisement            

Good knowledge of integrated-communication and consumer campaign planning            

Highly collaborative personality and Strong interpersonal skills, which fits the Team Spirit

Brand equity knowledge and understanding of brand's consumer profiles and online consumer behaviors            

Project management            

Business level of English required
