POSITION:  Digital Events & Education Manager – eCommerce



LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)


The Digital Events & Education Manager for eCommerce will drive strategy & execution for and SalonCentric App specific to omni, companywide events and the online education experience.  Responsibilities include briefing and managing digital assets with internal creative team which support omni-channel digital priorities, acquiring and managing digital assets to support every facet of learning online including, and not limited to, ticketed events, virtual trade shows, education landing pages, learning tracks and upselling carousels. With an emphasis on EduCommerce, this role will integrate product selling opportunities through the online education funnel and integrate education throughout the online shopping funnel. Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience across omni-digital journeys. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an omni-channel mindset.



  • Manages requests, deliverables and execution for all SalonCentric branded digital assets on a monthly and ad hoc basis across & App
  • Becomes the eCommerce Education SME internally and for brand partnerships regarding content, technology and site & app performance
  • Accountable for monthly omni-digital briefs, banners and digital catalog execution
  • Represents eCommerce while attending regular meetings with cross functional teams to plan and strategize SalonCentric campaigns
  • Manages requests, deliverables and execution for all digital assets related to education throughout the funnel and all omni-journeys connected to the site & app
  • Responsible for merchandising, promotional setup and banners for all classes, shows and events
  • Collaborate with various cross functional depts to ensure education priorities are brought to life on and SalonCentric App
  • Directly influences eCommerce/omni-channel ticket sales through the development of marketing assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) and the publishing of content
  • Evaluates site & app performance metrics and provide data driven recommendations for changes needed

  • Experience in SalesForce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Previous salon professional experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred
