Our consumer O+O activation data asset is getting wider and wider.
Many sources related to  media, influence, search, and consumer direct relationship can be safety, easily and efficiently accessed. 
More and more usecases already rely on our  data asset to deliver business value at full speed.
Yet, the scope of our data set has to be enlarged , in order to cover a wider part of our consumer touch points.
And we want to accelerate on this, with NO compromise on quality which is instrumental for the adoption and the value of our data asset.

Mission:
-delivering new data assets and enrich existing ones
-fostering adoption by supporting usecases and securing quality .

Your every day life with us:

-With the support of business experts, you will specify and test new data assets that will be delivered by L’OREAL Beauty Tech IT teams. Agile is the way we work on it.
-Data asset are based on raw data, enriched to align on L’Oreal referentials, cleaned and structured in order  to allow efficient answering of business questions; key success factor of our data sets are their business value
- L’Oreal is an international company. Sources might be specific to a region : in such cases you will implement delegation of the build of the data assets to your counterparts around the globe and be accountable of global consistency of our data asset.

-You will support usecases in using the provided data set; this comes with efficient documentation in l’Oreal data catalog, regular advocacy meetings and working sessions

-In your role of data quality lead, you will make sure that monitoring of key business attributes is implemented ; you will also define and activate quality remediation streams hand in hand with data business owners.

Key partners
-Business experts, usecases product owners , data counterparts in regions  and L'Oréal Beauty tech IT teams  will be your everyday partners for success.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to:


Key Professional Skills

  • Master degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in data project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with other departments to understand their data need ; Can animate business workshops
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus
  • Experience in creating business needs, technical specifications, and training documents.
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
  • Project Management /agile certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with beauty and cosmetic industry and or Consumer Relationship/medias /digital/influence is advantageous


Tech skills

  • You feel comfortable with the most common data and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, data cataloging Power BI, Looker,).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud.
