WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Establish Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to Brand Marketing Teams.
  • Focus on growth of Loreal Turkey 1P Data and usage of 1P data
  • Ensure Data Collection, Quality and retention
  • Create CRM Strategy for the brands with D2C Channels, Non D2C and also strategic partners
  • Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the customer path to purchase
  • Drive data efficiency projects with B2B and B2C focus
  • Work with brand stakeholders to identify the business requirements and analytics problems to solve.
  • Develop innovative and effective approaches based on business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Present and depict the outcomes of their finding in easy to understand terms for the business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing conversion rates and implementing A/B tests to get best ROI value,
  • Analyzing data from Google Analytics to create customized reports calculating key performance indicators, metrics and trends

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • 4 years university degree and excellent communication skills in English
  • 9 years of experience of online marketing, e-commerce, CRM and/or at least one Ad Technology experience
  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies / Implementing CRM applications, relational database concepts
  • Experience of various Digital Technologies & Tools
  • Proven record of developing analytical and data oriented projects that drive business decisions and outcomes /
  • Ability to translate consumers’ data & behaviors into business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects of a technical nature, methodological mindset to test new ideas and work towards valid results.
  • Experience with UX related activities or A/B testing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, tech savvy
  • Good team player, eager to learn and highly collaborative personality
