As a part of our Operations department, we are looking for an important role of a Customer Care Specialist (m/f) who will have the following impact:

  • Processing of orders, invoicing, claims and returns treatment
  • Coordination of delivery process with logistic partner
  • Communication with clients
  • Communication and cooperation with sales teams
  • Collaboration with other teams inside the company- Supply, Stock management
  • Performing part of Credit management-follow up overdue, reconciliation of payments

  • Has obtained Bachelor degre, preferably in economics or similar field
  • Preferably has 2-5 years of experience on a similar position

·         Has highly developed organizational and analytical skills

·         Is business driven & client oriented

·         Has great planning and follow-up skills

·         Has good communication skills and the ability to interact with people

·         Is able to handle complex subjects

·         Has good computer knowledge (MS Office)and preferably has experience in SAP

·         Has active knowledge of English and native Croatian
