Your mission:

Under the supervision of the Customer Care Manager, you will be the contact person for the various L'Oréal Canada brands sold through Amazon. You will be in charge of Amazon's complete customer file, from an order management perspective as well as from a credit management perspective (validation of product quantities and prices, required date, request vs. forecast, cheque application, claim follow-up, etc.). You will also be responsible for creating various reports and participating in the development of operations optimization projects with your Amazon's stakeholders as well as with the L'Oréal Canada sales teams. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be called upon to take Amazon's calls and do the required follow-ups (order follow-up with various stakeholders such as transportation and physical distribution, credit claim follow-up, returns follow-up, etc.).

 Your profile :
- University degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management), Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Direct or indirect experience working with Amazon and knowledge of their requirements/specifications
- You are autonomous, able to communicate (namely by phone) and flexible
- Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP software is an asset
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- You are open-minded, rigorous, diplomatic and with a good team spirit and a real entrepreneurial temperament
