What You Will Do:
About the Role:
The Order Cancellation Analysis Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining operational excellence within our warehouse. This position is responsible for investigating and resolving order cancellations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. This involves close collaboration with various warehouse functions and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and analytical skills. As a systems expert, you'll also troubleshoot system-related issues across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate order cancellations resulting from both human and system errors.
- Conduct in-depth research within various systems (SAP, Manhattan, Cimcorp UI, ELK) to determine root causes of system-driven cancellations.
- Perform root cause analysis, develop corrective actions, and implement preventative measures to minimize future cancellations.
- Track daily cancellations, monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and identify recurring issues.
- Develop and maintain a decision-making framework (e.g., decision tree) to streamline the investigation process for various cancellation scenarios.
- Regularly communicate findings and corrective actions to senior management through presentations (primarily PowerPoint).
- Provide system support and troubleshooting assistance to various warehouse functions and interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically inventory control and slotting. Experience with Manhattan WMS is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Skills: Experience with system synchronization, algorithmic thinking, and root cause analysis methodologies.
