The mission:
- Setup and manage consumer data infrastructure for entire company.
- Focus on data gathering points at company level.
- Manage Data quality on websites and CRM platforms: websites tagging, GA4, GTM, CRM, Consumer1, together with L’Oreal agencies.
- 1P data & CRM:
- Centralize and activate cross divisions the data coming from websites, social media, CRM Consumer 1 platform.
- 1P data strategy for media & CRM activation, cross divisions & support for divisions.
- Build one consumer view from 1P data for media & CRM activation.
- CRM coordination cross divisions using all company tools.
- Improve and modernize CRM activities & tools.
- CRM with retailers: strategy & activation, support also 2P retailers’ data projects.
- Animate the community around 1P data, CRM subjects, cross divisions with support from partner agencies and learning team.
- Create guidelines for entire company to maximize qualitative traffic and use it throughout the consumer journey from awareness to conversion.
- GDPR & IT security for all consumer data touchpoints: websites, tools, CRM.
What are we looking for?
- 2 years of experience in consumer engagement on at least one of the topics above: CRM / 1P data strategy with a large consumer product brand.
- Experience in marketing/ digital marketing/ data / websites.
- Project management skills
- Cross functional stakeholder management experience
- Entrepreneurial approach & solution-orientation.
- Experience in campaign activation tools management and digital O+O touchpoints activation, as well as media fluency.
