For a senior and fascinating position leading and developing the strategy and commercial plans of the division
  • Full responsibility for the implementation of the commercial plan in terms of budget, sales turnover, market share and profitability
  • Building and establishing a long-term strategic relationship with strategic clients
  • Team management including Key Account Managers, E-com, Trade Marketing and field sales reps
  • P&L management of discount budgets, sales promotion, sales forecasting, and ROI analysis to establish long-term profitability
  • Business development with the strategic clients and in charge building new distribution channels

  • Academic education - mandatory
  • Proven experience as a commercial manager in companies in the FMCG sector
  • At least 6 years of senior management experience and managing large teams
  • Good marketing understanding
  • Ability to analyze information and financial management at a high level
  • Leading organizational changes, cross-organizational initiatives and projects
