ABOUT THE JOB

Our 'high street' division, Consumer Products Division, offers a wide range of colouring, hair care, make-up and skincare brands through main retail channels such as supermarkets and chemists with brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline, Garnier & Essie.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive category plans, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of retailer engagement plans, showcasing your category thought leadership and expertise to establish strong partnerships and drive mutual growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on category performance, utilizing your advanced analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and adjust plans accordingly to meet objectives.
  • Assist in creating robust brand activation plans, overseeing the briefing process and managing the creation of point-of-sale materials to support brand objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of channel-specific assortment strategies, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize product offerings and meet customer demands.
  • Provide support in the development of pricing and promotional strategies, leveraging your analytical insights and market knowledge to drive competitive pricing and impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless alignment of stock forecast with activation timelines and market performance


ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a related field, with a track record of success in driving business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the analytical direction to deliver category and brand objectives, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from large volumes of data
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
  • Keen attention to detail and a proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in IRI Unify (or similar data platform), enabling you to leverage market data for decision-making
  • Experience with space planning programs is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to optimize assortment and layout for maximum category performance.
