  • Ad hoc and trigger emails & SMS: set up, segmentation and sends
  • Loyalty communications: conceive and optimize program
  • Acquisition strategy execution: sampling, lead gen ads, site optimization
  • Customer Profiling for actionable insights: RFM, deciles, cross-category correlation, new vs retained buyers, purchase sequencing
  • Reporting: email and acquisition campaigns performance analysis to provide recos
  • Projects: deploy CRM group project within the brand (CA360, Content builder, Einstein etc…)
  • E-doctors: support top partners for CRM initiatives



  • SalesForce Marketing Cloud
  • Google Analytics

  • 1 year CRM experience
  • Analytical 
  • Project oriented
  • Advanced Excel and PPt skills
  • Knowledge of SQL
